About Us

Derek Wilson Audit Services is an auditing company that has been in operation since 2001.

We are a family company that started with Derek. Derek’s daughter took over the company in 2013

after working with Derek for the 5 years previous behind the scenes. Originally hiring auditors to

complete the work she returned to school and finished her Food Science and Technology course

including Microbiology and took over the auditing full time in 2017.

We provide a professional service to childcare, aged care, SRS, hospitals, food manufacturers,

warehousing, storage, and distribution companies large and small.

Auditors at Derek Wilson Audit Services have obtained NSFA Level 4 high risk accreditation from Exemplar Global and are registered with Department of Health (Vic) as approved Regulatory Food Safety Auditors.

Our business goal is to provide you with all the support in your food safety requirements. If you are a new or existing food business or a registered kitchen, we will work with you from the moment you engage us and we will guide you with end-to-end adequacy and compliance process including certification.
